22 year old woman with back and neck pain from her large breasts relieved with Vertical Reduction Mammaplasty.1023 grams (2.3 lbs) of breast tissue were removed from her right breast and 677 grams (1.5 lbs) of tissue were removed from her left breast. Post operative photographs were taken 7 months after her surgery.
